1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing streetuniversity.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Pre-Order Model

All StreetUniversity products are sold on a pre-order basis. Here's how it works:

  • You reserve your item by placing an order. No payment is charged immediately.
  • Once a product reaches its minimum pre-order threshold, we initiate production and process payment.
  • If the minimum threshold is not reached within the allotted time, your pre-order is cancelled at no charge.
  • Production and shipping timelines are communicated once the threshold is met.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by a secure third-party provider at the time the pre-order threshold is reached. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

4. Product Accuracy

We strive to accurately represent our products. Colors may vary slightly depending on your display. Measurements and sizing are provided as a guide. In the event of a significant discrepancy, contact us for an exchange or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, the brand name, logos, graphics, and site content are the exclusive property of StreetUniversity. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

StreetUniversity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, they do not apply to you.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
