StreetUniversity is a high-end streetwear brand based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We operate streetuniversity.com and manage pre-orders for our products. In this policy, "we," "our," and "us" refer to StreetUniversity.

We collect only the personal information required to fulfill your orders:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address (street, city, province/state, postal code, country)

We do not directly collect financial information — payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers.

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Process and confirm your pre-order
  • Contact you regarding your order status
  • Ship your products once the minimum threshold is reached
  • Comply with our legal obligations

4. Storage & Retention

Your data is stored in Google Firestore (Google Cloud), hosted in secure data centers. Product images are hosted on Cloudinary. Your information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill your order and meet our legal obligations, and no longer than 5 years after your last transaction.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share it with service providers (shipping carriers, payment processors) strictly to the extent required to fulfill your order.

6. Your Rights — Quebec Law 25 & PIPEDA

Under Quebec's Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions Respecting the Protection of Personal Information (Law 25) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
