Shipping Timeline

StreetUniversity operates on a pre-order model. Your items are produced only once the minimum order threshold is met:

• Production begins once the minimum pre-order threshold is reached
• Production time: 3–6 weeks depending on the item
• Shipping after production: 2–7 business days (Canada & US), 7–14 business days (Mexico & international)
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags are still attached
• The item is in its original packaging

Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email returns@streetuniversity.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item via tracked mail at your own cost (except for defective items).
4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges
